Cancellation Policy

Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance of your appointment time. For group bookings of 5 or more, guests will be subject to the agreed cancellation period at the time of booking which is up to 7 days in advance.

Failure to cancel within the cancellation period will result in the full-service rate being charged. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will endeavour to accommodate your appointment if possible. However, if we are unable to do so a full charge will apply. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end as scheduled.

If you wish to amend your booking in any way, please contact us before you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee it. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented to the Thai Spa Reception team upon arrival.
