Terms and Conditions

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance of your appointment time. For group bookings of 5 or more, guests will be subject to the agreed cancellation period at the time of booking which is up to 7 days in advance.

Failure to cancel within the cancellation period will result in the full-service rate being charged. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will endeavor to accommodate your appointment if possible. However, if we are unable to do so a full charge will apply. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end as scheduled.

If you wish to amend your booking in any way, please contact us before you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee it. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented to the Thai Spa Reception team upon arrival.

**If you would like to use a gift voucher or membership privilege's please call the Spa reception to book as currently we are unable to accept voucher payments or apply membership discounts through our online booking system.

Arrival

Parking is available for all members and guests. You are required to arrive a minimum 15-minutes prior to your booking time in order to complete a consultation form and change into the robe and slippers provided. If you are delayed, then, unfortunately, your treatment time may have to be reduced.

Etiquette

The environment at the Thai Spa is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Loungers cannot be reserved, and any discarded towels will be removed. Day guests will be provided with a robe, towel and slippers on arrival. If you are a hotel resident your robe and slippers will be provided in your hotel room. Please bring your own swimwear, gym wear and trainers so that you can make the most of your visit. Swimming hats are not required.

Health

As some treatments are not suitable for those with certain conditions, we will ask you to complete a health questionnaire before your treatment.

It is important to make the Thai Spa Reception aware of any medical issues, surgeries or pregnancy. Please note thermal experiences and heat treatments (hot stone massage etc.) are unsuitable during pregnancy and whilst under medical supervision. Our reception team will advise you on an individual basis of the most suitable treatments.

Pregnancy

We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time. Please note that we are unable to offer treatments during the first trimester.

Phones, Audio & Video Sound

We kindly ask our guests to keep their devices on silent or vibrate and not to make or receive calls in the spa. Please be considerate of your fellow guests. Movies, music and all other forms of audio may only be listened to through headphones and should not be audible to others enjoying the spa. Valuables:

We recommend you do not bring valuables to the Thai Spa as we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen valuables. Please ensure to collect all personal belongings from your changing room locker or bathrobe before leaving as the spa is not responsible for any personal items left behind.

Pool Policy:

Our pool area is strictly accessible to bathers only. Guests must be changed into their swimwear to access the pool area. Unfortunately, we do not have a viewing area. Our younger guests are welcome to use the infinity pool during family swim time. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including in the water.

Family swim times are 9.00am – 11.00am and 4.00pm – 6.00pm daily.

Spa treatments, fitness facilities and thermal facilities are only appropriate for guests 16 years and older.

Please observe the displayed pool rules when using the facilities including no diving or running around the pool. The thermal facilities are not recommended for guests with medical conditions, please observe the information on poolside.

For all guest safety please do not bring any glassware or breakable items on to poolside. Alcohol is not permitted on the poolside or within the thermal facilities.

To continue your Thai Spa experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available at reception and our experienced team will be delighted to assist you with your choices.
