Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance of your appointment time. For group bookings of 5 or more, guests will be subject to the agreed cancellation period at the time of booking which is up to 7 days in advance.

Failure to cancel within the cancellation period will result in the full-service rate being charged. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will endeavour to accommodate your appointment if possible. However, if we are unable to do so a full charge will apply. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end as scheduled.

If you wish to amend your booking in any way, please contact us before you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee it. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented to the Thai Spa Reception team upon arrival.

Parking is available for all members and guests. You are required to arrive a minimum 15-minutes prior to your booking time in order to complete a consultation form and change into the robe and slippers provided. If you are delayed, then, unfortunately, your treatment time may have to be reduced.

The environment at the Thai Spa is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Loungers cannot be reserved, and any discarded towels will be removed. Day guests will be provided with a robe, towel and slippers on arrival. If you are a hotel resident your robe and slippers will be provided in your hotel room. Please bring your own swimwear, gym wear and trainers so that you can make the most of your visit. Swimming hats are not required.

As some treatments are not suitable for those with certain conditions, we will ask you to complete a health questionnaire before your treatment.

It is important to make the Thai Spa Reception aware of any medical issues, surgeries or pregnancy. Please note thermal experiences and heat treatments (hot stone massage etc.) are unsuitable during pregnancy and whilst under medical supervision. Our reception team will advise you on an individual basis of the most suitable treatments.

We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time. Please note that we are unable to offer treatments during the first trimester.
