*Please note we are unable to provide treatments in the first trimester of pregnancy.

*Our treatments are available to guests 16 years and older.

*To book using a voucher, please call the spa directly as we are unable to accept vouchers as payment online.

*We recommend arriving at least 15-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in and complete a consultation form.

*Please be advised we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy and a valid credit or debit card must be supplied to confirm any booking via phone or email. Refunds will not be provided for online cancellations within the 24 hours prior to you booking.

*We kindly ask that mobile devices are switched off or to silent mode while in the spa and relaxation areas
